Shifu was so proud of everyone's performance at the first workshop at Amitoufu Oxford in October, that he is offering the first weapon workshop early!  You will have the opportunity to study the first Shaolin Staff form with 35th generation Shaolin Warrior Shi Heng Xuan. 

 

The taolu will be taught over four hours wth a break for lunch - you'll need to bring a light packed lunch with you.
